The hotel was simply stunning and luxurious with incredible location so close to the fully restored historical palace, San Marco or various other areas, and Close to many restaurants. The entire staff was useful. Got Hearing Accessible room with a view of the Grand Canale and a balcony, for instance as expected. The average continental breakfast had lots of meals and the food I tasted was OUTSTANDING. I liked their fast check in and the service was outstanding. Had a perfect 10/10 time.

Location
The service defiantly can be better. It is not close to 4 star hotel at all although the suiet is nice and clean but you feel as you are in a furnished apartment. The location is excellent.

A well located hotel conveniently situated alongside the vaparetto stop. An absolute bonus overlooking the Grand Canal and Rialto market. A relaxed atmosphere with helpful/attentive staff. Would certainly consider returning.
The only minor downside was that there was no bar service after 9.00pm.

Location
Small dusty room. Breakfast was ok exept for the coffee they served. No information in the room about facilities in the hotel. When asked about ironing the answer we got was" we don't have that". We expected a bit more from a hotel we paid € 270 a night.

Amazing hotel with free Wi-Fi, a cozy lounge, and helpful staff. They even helped with plug adaptors on my first stay, which I'll always remember. I genuinely recommend it and will be back next year.
